Empty coffee urns can become an annoying fact of life in the office, when they keep getting drained and no one bothers to make a new pot... Now there is no excuse if you follow these simple directions!

- This is what one usually finds when they go to make coffee... A filter full of used grounds. If you are lucky enough to discover it clean and empty, you can skip .
- Dump the grounds and filter into the trash.
- Give it a good rinse.
- Ready for the filter.

- The tricky part is separating just one filter out.
- Here is how the filter should look, placed properly.
- Next, find the coffee grounds.
- Open the bag at the top. If it is difficult, you can use a serrated plastic knife to help.
- Carefully pour the grounds into the filter. try not to spill too much on the counter.
- Here is the pot, ready to go. Make sure it is rinsed out, if the coffee is old.
- Place coffee pot into position and slide the filter into the slot.
- Press the "start" button, firmly but only once.
- Close-up. See how it is going right into the hole in the top?
- Coffee is brewing! Just make sure the drip is going right into the top of the pot. Adjust position slightly, if necessary.
- Mmmmmmmm.... Fresh coffee!!!!
- Once the flow stops, it is ready.
- Ready to serve!
- It is always nice to do a quick little clean-up with a towel. Only takes a sec, but makes it so much nicer for everyone!
- Move the pot from the machine, and firmly close the top until it clicks shut.
- That wasn't so bad, was it?
- Note: the coffee urn with the orange top indicates that the coffee inside is DECAF. It is not a good idea to mess with the system.
