How to find re-sellable item's on eBay

Things You'll Need

An eBay Account

A computer

Internet Service

1 - Pick something where people sell things in a group or bundle, like for instance in electronics, people often group accessories and extra' s in their auction but don't realize that the average person doesn't want the extra' s you've accumulated, they just want the main item!

2 - Find out what the main item sells for by itself, then find out what the accessories and extra' s sell for!

3 - Decide what the maximum is you are willing to pay for the bundle, based on the future eBay fee' s, paypal fee' s, actual shipping cost, re-sale value of the main item, the accessories and or the extra' s and place your bid. Don't bid any higher then your original estimate or you will shoot your profit's to hell!

4 - Once you win the auction' s (and you will win some) and you receive your item's, then re-list each item individually! Take really good close up pictures of the extra items and make an accurate description of the item, and use the Buy-It-Now feature only! Place the price at the average sold price for the item so it will sell fast!

5 - Keep track of your sales and what you pay for the original bundle, I usually get the full price of the bundle when I sell the main item by itself, then the rest is pure profit! Good Luck!

Fun Things to Make and Sell

Use your creativity to make a bit of extra money. A good way to make a little bit of extra money is to do what you love and sell your wares. For crafty folks, the list of items you can make and sell at craft fairs, markets or online is seemingly endless. Start small, see what people like to buy and what you like to make and build on what works for you.

Baking and Food Items

If you enjoy spending time in the kitchen making candies, jams, baked goods, or sandwich spreads, consider starting a small business and selling what you can promote as homemade and local. Your local farmer's market can be a great place to start selling. Also look into setting up a booth at local festivals and craft fairs.

Sewing and Knitting Products

If you're skilled at needlecrafts or enjoy knitting and have run out of friends to give sweaters and scarves to, build up your collection and sell your creations. Making your pieces distinctive can give you an edge in the marketplace. Take photos and sell them online, or participate in local craft fairs where you can talk up your work to those in attendance.

Paper Crafts and Artwork

If you would rather make cards for friend's birthdays instead of browsing through the aisles at your local card store, try making and selling them at craft fairs, on commission, or online. Doing special orders for friends can be both meaningful and get you a bit of cash. If you're a photographer or artist, make products from your work.
